Equipment for Tech Diving in the Gulf of Thailand

MV Giamani is a fully equipped, dedicated technical diving live-aboard. You really can't do this type of diving from a recreational dive boat.

We specialize in locating and diving deep, isolated and often distant wrecks throughout the Gulf of Thailand, and have a full suite of tech diving equipment on-board.

Our Gulf of Thailand wreck diving expeditions support both open circuit and CCR (rebreather) divers, including trimix bottom gas and any nitrox mix for decompression. Our key on-board facilities include:

• 2 breathing air compressors

• Haskel pump, delivering 200 bar oxygen fills

• Continuous flow nitrox / trimix blending

• Helium and nitrox analysers

• Spares for both open circuit and ccr divers (batteries, o-rings, sensors etc)

• 12 and 15L twin sets, central isolater manifold, DIN, aluminum

• 5-12L deco cylinders, DIN, aluminum

• Rebreather cylinders for all popular CCR rebreather units

• Large quantities of oxygen and helium

• Decompression stations at 6 and 3M

• Crane for recovering heavy items

• Diver platform and large equipping area
